The Lfu RP is a government body dealing with environmental issues. They asked USU to develop for them a software to manage the application process for support programs concerning water economy. It was my task to come up with design ideas to solve a set of specific problems:

easy and intuitive tables containing extensive data sets (content that opens in a separate window, fixed table heads, layout of scroll bars etc.)
structure and layout for application forms
navigation and guidance of users within a form
visualization of different states of form elements

Visually, I was guided by an existing part of the software and a UI model.

This is an overview of the form / application. The subcategories are shown as buttons below. Clicking a button leads to the next screen.

A click on the first element of the breadcrumbs takes you back to the overview.  Forms are located here, divided into sections and editable one by one. They are arranged in an accordion so that the information can be displayed step by step and the user is not overwhelmed.

Clicking on the last element of the breadcrumbs brings you to a dropdown menu from which you can directly select the other categories.
